First Step
One fine day, she asked Varun "Can we meet today for lunch?". He was reluctant initially. Later he accepted her wish. By 1:00 PM, her phone vibrated. She attended the phone with much pleasure. But she was glummed on hearing "Sorry da!! I have lab now and I cannot meet you today". She didn't make the situation complicated.
After 15 minutes, again her phone vibrated and now it was a message from Varun. She read "Call me immediately" from the notification. She was so curious about the message and called him. He was reluctant to attend the call as he made her feel bad in the first attempt. By understanding his mind, she comforted him with soothing words. She said him that she was in canteen and asked whether he can come there. He agreed to it and added an extra note "I have lab at 2:00 PM da". She was not clear what he meant. But the situation was a total mess.
She had an other plan as he couldn't made his way in the first call. When he came near the canteen hub, he saw her with with her friends. He didn't notify her of his arrival and when she turned at him unfortunately she noticed his presence. She introduced him to her friends and he was not ready to shook his hands with them. She was downcasted with his behavior before her friends. She ended up the gathering quickly and he bade bye to her. She was very much concerned about his state.
At night, when she was waiting for Ajay, she got a message from Varun and it was like bolt from the blue. He felt inferior in explaining his situation. She understood his feeling and helped him to cut down the inferiority in him. She addressed him that it was a first move from his side and she felt that the situation had controlled him.
Meanwhile, Ajay noticed the bright face of Varun in the evening. He was curious to know the reason behind. Varun portrayed about the eye to eye contact with her in the college and the messy situation occurred. Ajay was fumed after hearing this and rushed out from his room. He couldn't withstand this as she didn't disclose about this to him before. She killed the time by waiting for Ajay. She called him but couldn't reach him. She was dejected. By 12:30 AM, she got a message from Ajay stating "Finally you got time to spend with me" with an angry emoji. She felt strange with his message. But she understood the point behind his words and gave him the answer to the question he put forth.
He was unhappy with their meeting. Later she tried to comfort him. As the time passes by, he asked "Who will be given the first preference, Me or Varun?". Knowing the answer he expected, she said "It will be always you, Ajay". He had fallen for her completely. He felt this was their first move over their feelings!!!
